Dear Vendor

Enclosed is a vendor application for the 24th Annual Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver Bluegrass Music Festival, May 6, 7 & 8, 2004 at Denton FarmPark. Come and join us in celebrating this wonderful family bluegrass music festival.

The sales spaces will be 16' wide x 25" deep. You will have to bring your own tables. No Refunds. Show times: Wednesday, May 5 - Early bird meal and open stage beginning at 6:00 p.m. (if you would like to join us for the meal the cost is $10.00 per person, please indicate on the application and include payment with cost of space); Thursday, May 6 - will be the Bluegrass Scramble at the Uwharrie Golf Course Asheboro, NC at 10 a.m. Music 1:00 - 11:00 p.m.; Friday 1:00 - 11:00 p.m.; Saturday 1:00 - 11:00; Sunday 9:00 a.m.

The cost to set-up will be as follows:
    3-day weekend for two persons - $200.00
    2-day weekend for two persons - $140.00

Any more than 2 sales people will be an additional - $70.00 for 3 day weekend each $55.00 for 2 day weekend each If you want to camp it will be an additional $12.00 per day. If you want to camp at sales space, please let us know. If everyone is honest about what they will be selling, we will do our best not to overlap vendors.
